In Angelin’s words, “I’m planning to extend the work I was doing this summer. First year, I will pursue an Mst in Religious Studies to investigate beliefs in medical miracles and preparations for a good death across five religions. My ultimate goal is to make the beliefs accessible to palliative care professionals through medical journal publications. In the second year, I will study the UK’s initiatives to destigmatize death through the UK Palliative Care Council’s community outreach.”
