This exclusive event will afford participants the opportunity to explore the beautiful world of extra virgin olive oil through a flight of amazing oils, highlighting their gastronomic and health attributes.  Participants will discover the versatile flavors of these oils as they engage in conversation about the role of EVOO in Mediterranean cuisine, health, and wellness.  Our guide and presenter will be Dr. Tassos Kyriakides, Assistant Professor of Biostatistics at Yale School of Public Health and certified Olive Oil Sommelier.  Drawing upon his scientific research, he will offer an expansive survey of the cultivation of the olive tree, its products, and its agricultural impact on human and planetary health.

Please note that this is an event with a strictly limited capacity.  An invitation will be distributed through our mailing list, and we shall gather reservations on a first-come, first-served basis.
